The cables are great, the 90 degree angle allows them to fit in my case better. My HDD mounts with the back toward the door so having the cable angle down keeps it out of the way of my door.
The shipping was terrible. I ordered these from Amazon because of normally fast shipping. When I ordered them, the delivery date was 10 days away. I got other cables since that was too far away from when I needed them. They were delivered in 14 days. I could have walked them here from where they were shipped. Maybe they did...

I bought and received the 18" SATA cable from StarTec - what a great value! I used it to install a new LightScribe CD/DVD unit. It's a SATA cable. Pretty straight forward. The right angle is very useful for tight spaces, in my case, the centimeter between my case door and HDD. Just one problem; the cable bends UP not down like most cables. This wasn't a problem for me, but if you have low clearance between the top of your component and its mount, DO NOT BUY THIS!
