I have had this for 3 months and waited until I got a more capable DVD player to post a reivew. I use this between my DVD player and Samsung LCD HDTV, and it works great. I needed the longer cables to route through my cabinets. I use this cable to go directly to the TV and I use a Coax audio connection to go to the AVR (my AVR does not have HDMI). Connections are snug, construction appears to be of good quality, with adequate strain relieve. I will definitely look to buy these again when the need arises. Everything is set to run in 1080 P mode, it also appears all the self discovery and "automagic" HDMI cable connection sensing also works great. Bottom line - it is a cable that appears to be working flawlessly, so I don't have to worry about it or know about it from now on. (the way it should be).Digital camera Review: Great Purchase

I am using this cable between my Samsung DVD player and my new Samsung LCD 46" TV Set and with it we can see the movies and the audio as we were in the cinema. Besides the quantity of cables to be plug in the back side of the TV Set was reduced in quantity and in weight which is important in my case because I placed it on upper front wall of my bed room.Digital camera Review: Great Value

Hey folks...don't get into the hype that Monster (or your AV guy) wants to feed you. Gold-plated yada yada is just marketing. You are transmitting 1111s and 0000s, not a analog signal. So go cheaper and be wowed!!!
