I used a HotPot at my daughters and at my Granddaughters and I knew I wanted and needed one. They gave me the link for Sunpentown and I ordered it. Altho' the pump was broke, Patrick at Sunpentown, sent me a new one right away and also a return form to send the first one back.I love my Hot Pot and am very appreciative of the fast and friendly service I received. I bought this for my mother-in-law but she had something she liked better, so I kept it. It's used daily in our house. I sometimes leave it plugged in overnight so I can have hot tea quickly in the morning. I live in an area of very hard water, so I only use water from our reverse osmosis filter system. The result is that the pot is like new inside. Sometimes it gets a bubble of air and dispensing slows, but all I do is lift the lid and put it down again, and it resumes its normal flow strength. That's the only trouble I've had with it. Mine was bought new, and I hope it keeps working for many more years.Digital camera Review: ideal water boiler

Small but useful device for boiling water, especially for tea bags (green tea), asian noodle, or simply hot water. The only question I have is $25 shipping charge is somewhat higher than I expected
