Digital camera Review: Just works

I found this to be an excellent network camera. Streams are somewhat choppy, but you can expect that for its intended purpose as a security camera. The camera has a microphone and speaker. So far I was able to get the microphone working, but not the speaker. Perhaps it's my browser's fault, and I'm sure I can get it working after tweaking with the settings.
If you open up a certain port in your modem and/or router that your ISP doesn't block, set your camera to that port, and get a dynamic DNS or static IP, you can actually view the stream from anywhere in the world. I was quite amazed by that. I live in New York, but I was able to see my front door in Canada on my cellphone and laptop. This feature requires some work to setup, but if you have good knowledge in home networking setup, then it shouldn't be a problem. I also like the motion triggering feature, which basically sends (through email) a snapshot when ever there is a disturbance in the camera's sight. You can also set it to upload a photo of the triggered event to FTP, NAS, or even a USB flash drive (the camera has a USB port on the side).
If you're having trouble with the camera, (ex. dropped signal, super choppiness, etc) then its probably your router's fault, not the camera's. I once had a pretty horrible router that would often drop the stream, but for a while I thought that it was the camera's problem. However, after getting a better wireless Netgear router, I had zero issues with this camera. Streams would continue unhindered for weeks. If problems persists, consider resorting to LAN.
Note, the description says that the camera only supports WEP security (which is easily hackable), but obviously because this has a G radio, it can do WPA (TKIP & AES) as well.
