Received a 17" laptop for Xmas after using a pc for over 25 yrs. Am handicapped, only left side use so purchased this backpack as(suggested by a friend)and found it to be one of the best items I've bought. I use it around my home to transport the laptop/accessories or bussing around the city. And this backpack doesn't look as if it contained a laptop. I got this bag because I was tired of my shoulder bag and wanted something a little larger to go on my back and because of the headphone jack on the strap. The first time I tried to use the jack it busted. I use the standard headphones for the iPhone and when I went to plug it in the female end pushed back up into its housing making it unusable.
