Nice enough TV. I was kind of disappointed because it was advertised with an HDMI input but had none. (This has since been corrected in ad). Speakers are weak and would need additionals if being used in a large room. I ordered this TV for a kitchen and it is a great size for that. I was very disappointed in the non-high def picture quality and sent it back. The other disappointing feature was the poor sound quality. I guess I should have done more homework before ordering.Digital camera Review: OK for a small room

This is a very tinny-sounding TV. Really awful sound. The picture wasn't much better than the analog TV it was supposed to replace. I returned it and was thrilled to have my old 19-inch back. Hooked up a converter box to it and am very glad to have returned the Sylvania. If you are someone accustomed to good to better sound from a tv, don't buy this one. We purchased this tv to replace a 13 inch CRT in our kitchen that was struck by lightning. We are more than satisfied with our purchase. Color is great. Size is perfect for the kitchen - we do not, however, have it hanging on the wall - we have it on a stand. This was the best price on this tv anywhere -- our local store had this same tv for $100 more.
