I have 3 of these and I had used one to replace a larger switch and it was fine when it only had PC connected to it. Once I connected something other than a PC.. Like an IP phone or another Switch that would be up stream, things got weird. Come communications was ok but there seems to be an issue with knowing what is up and down stream. After repeated attempts at understanding what was happening, I decided to just remove the second unit and use a "better" (more expensive) switch and that corrected the issues instantly.
Seems that when ever I have more than one of these units in a network where one feed the other, there are issues.
In general when they work they work great. Fast cheap... really cheap! and easy to setup. But if I did not have other equipment to work with I would have thought that they were broke or I had done something wrong.

What a great product. It took 5 minutes to set it up and it works great. I connected it to my home Ethernet powerline adaptor and then I connected the PS2, the Dish DVR and the Sling player. They all worked great at the same time. I am extremely satisfied and I would highly recommend it.

This is a simple equipment that performs flawlessly. No special instructions required. Works like a charm ! I have this connected to my router and feeding into all A/V equipment - TV, Receiver, PVR and B-ray.
