Digital camera Review: Critical Design Flaw

I REALLY hate to give this bag a bad review. It is very well made and fits a ton of gear. I used it on a trip and it protected all the equipment well.
HOWEVER there are 2 main problems:
1. It has exposed pull out handle system at the back. It is black painted aluminum and after just 1 trip the paint started rubbing/flaking off. This means that while functionally the bag will keep working, it will start to look like c#ap with each flight.
2. A much more critical problem is the laptop compartment. The laptop fits inside the case between the back of the bag and the photo equipment insert. On the inside of the case there are exposed metal screw tops holding the pull out handle assembly. The laptop, if put in through the zippered opening, brushes against the exposed metal screws each time you put it in or take it out. This is a horrible design defect and will rip a macbook pro lid after a few times. The laptop sleeve is too short and for some reason has a cutout right where the screws are. They could have prevented this problem simply by making a larger laptop sleeve that covered the screw heads or better yet having a hard plastic insert to cover the screw heads. They did neither and so each time you place a laptop through the zippered opening you are risking it getting scratched. My temporary solution was to put 6 layers of gaffer tape on the screws to cover them up. But I shouldn't have to do this to a 300 dollar travel case. I got a Lowepro instead and while I miss some Tenba features, the Lowepro is a better solution for air travel with camera/lenses as carry on.
