The signal travels from the transmitter over coastal ranges including Redwood National Park the home of the Worlds Tallest Trees, then across ocean beaches to our home. We are picking up 6 crystal clear digital channels from the transmitter in Eureka, Ca 71 miles away!
The first location we installed the antenna using the included wall mount did not produce good results so we moved the antenna and installed it on top of a mast 10' above the house and viola! We have free local and national news, PBS and more.
Update 11-11-10: Our antenna is still working perfectly and it is picking up even more new channels! Get one and say goodbye to cable and satellite monthly bills!
