I bought this product as a Birthday gift for my Future Sister-In-Law. She is an avid runner who prefers Adidas sneakers over Nike. The shoe pouch worked great with her current Adidas sneakers and after her first use, she called and said the transmitter's data was very accurate. I have to say, I was very impressed with the cost of the pouch and the pouch arrived in plenty of time before her Birthday.Digital camera Review: Excellent alternative to buying Nike shoes

This device does exactly what it is supposed to do, at a reasonable price. Its distance/ pace recordings seem very accurate, although I haven't rigorously tested this at a track or anything. I can't tell that I'm wearing it while running. It is easy to put on, but this does take a minute or two (unlace your shoes, thread the laces through, and you're done). If you run with several different pairs of shoes this could be a small hassle. I was unable to thread my laces through the little thing that holds the tongue out, which adds like .5 seconds to my shoe-putting-on (I'm trying to think of cons, but there really aren't many). It isn't waterproof, so that might be a problem for some. The seller's shipping/handling charges were a little high for a tiny package like this, but it did arrive quickly. Overall, I am pleased with the pouch- and would recommend it highly if none of the above "cons" sound like much of a problem to you.Digital camera Review: Excellent customer service too!

Grantwood contacted me because of an addressing issue (with our town's screwy Post Office) that we had. Rather than push this issue back through Amazon, Grantwood asked me for the best option to ship the item. Then after the item had shipped, and Amazon notified me of the ship to address, I contacted Grantwood because it looked like the address was incorrect. Amazon was reporting the wrong address, but Grantwood responded to me almost immediately that they had shipped to the correct address (the one I had given them). Excellent attention to detail at Grantwood, it's a shame they don't make more things that I need, I'd do business with them any day of the week and twice on Sunday.Digital camera Review: Excellent product

I received the shoe pouch promptly, so shipping on it was quick. It's well built and fits my shoes and is very unobtrusive. That being said, it works as advertised and keeps one from having to purchase Nike shoes just to sync it with an iPod.
