Wow! If my monitor weren't on I wouldn't know my computer was running, this power supply is quiet! Even when I had the air conditioning off in my house during the summer and temperatures were over 90 degrees F the high speed would kick in for brief periods and then go back to the super quiet low speed. I don't run a whole buck of graphics or do major number crunching, just run of the mill email and net surfing so I can't really attest to it's high power attributes but for my applications, the low price and quiet operation has made me a believer!Digital camera Review: Best power supply I've ever bought

Eighteen Month Update:
This power supply has been running nearly non-stop for eighteen months with no failures whatsoever. Fantastic!
One very minor issue -- I ran out of SATA style power connectors. The power supply has an abundance of Molex connectors but is short on the newer SATA style ones. So, I had to buy a couple of adapters for about five bucks.

You should know that I'm not a big computer expert but I have been building (and repairing) my own PCs since the mid 80s - nothing fancy, just workhorse PCs.
This is a very good a power supply, best I can tell. I don't know about the stuff going on inside but the cords are a much higher quality than I'm used to seeing, both in how sturdy they are and also in the number of connections they give you.
I keep my computers running 24-7 and the power supply has worked flawlessly for a couple months now. So, I'm giving it top a rating. In my experience, power supplies fail right-away, if they are bad, or they run for several years. So, I predict that this one will give me no problems.
The only down-side is the poorly written documentation which doesn't matter much to me but might be a bother to people who have never installed a power supply before.

Undoubtedly, this is a good power supply. Unfortunately, the one Amazon shipped is not what is described. In particular, it is listed as 5.9 x 5.5 x 3.4 inches; it is not, it is 6.25 x 5.5 x 3.4 inches. It therefore does not fit my case. I am sending it back.
Although this may be a good power supply, as indicated by the other reviews, I have rated it a "one" because it does not fulfill my needs.
