I purchased this set, and upon arrival, I found the circular polarizer to be defective. Amazon quickly replaced the set, and this polarizer did not work either! I returned the set, as I am not going to waste any more time trying to get a polarizer that works. I'll pay more, and get a quality product from a different maker. I will say that Amazon is second to nobody for customer service. I appreciate that, and will continue to be an Amazon customer. However, I can't say the same for Tiffen.Digital camera Review: great deal!

These are great filters and especially for the price! I was looking for just one UV filter, and after stumbling upon this set which was not much more than the price of one filter, I bought it. These are great lenses. I especially like the polarizing filter, but all 3 are great.

Took these filters on a trip to Maui...and sunset/sunrise pictures are superb with the polarizer. VERY VERY please with the filters (used with Canon XSi and 50mm/1.8f lens). The UV one is a good filter to have on the 50mm lens for protection, especially in high-sun areas. The polarizer allows the camera to be pointed at the sun w/o fear of ruining the lens.
Haven't really had a chance to play with the warming filter, but if it's anywhere as good as the polarizer, I can't wait!
Tips for using the filters:
- they can be stacked, so the polarizer can go on top of the UV filter for added protection
- turn the adjuster ring on the polarizer and take a few shots until the sun looks 'right'. There's a physics explanation behind this, but that would be too boring for the review, so just Wikipedia 'polarizer' for the physics.
Definitely will be purchasing the 58mm size of these filters for my other lenses!

There are some scratches around the rings, and dust on the filter surface. I bought brand-new but they looked USED to me.
Still, tried them on, didn't see any difference between pic taken with filter and the one without.
I returned them the next day.
