Digital camera Review: Tiffen has no Problem. But Amazon sent me almost new item instead of new!

I did order from Amazon hoping that they will send me a new one as described. There is nothing wrong with the filters. They are scratch free. But one of filters (polarizer)'s thread looks like somebody already used it, fading some black color. I didn't want to be bothered doing exchange or dealed with customer service. I just wish that they sent me what I paid for.
