Digital camera reviews of Tiffen 58mm UV Protection FilterDigital camera Review: A must have Summary: 5 StarsThese filters do wonders for outdoor photography with either film or digital. If you are shooting out doors, have one of these with you.
Digital camera Review: Cheap solution for the inexpensive lens. Summary: 4 StarsWell, this works. but please don't buy an eight dollar filter for a 1200 dollar lens. You can always spend up to 5% of the lens cost in buying protective gear for them.
Digital camera Review: Amazing value Summary: 5 StarsBrings out wonderful colors. Helped communicate what I saw when I visited Israel during a sunny trip. Best investment I have made for my Olympus e510. Protects lens and enhances photos. Especially brings out great colors in portrait shots of my wife, who has somewhat "pasty" skin. Makes photos look alive.
Digital camera Review: Well worth your money Summary: 5 StarsCamera filters bring a photographer from the world of good to excellent pictures. I always use the uv filter for protecting one lense, often use the shadow filter to prevent overexposure. I really enjoyed the warming lense (15 dollars on amazon, not in this group), and use it almost every photo.
Digital camera Review: For The Price I'm Not Sure It Can Be Beat Summary: 5 StarsFit nicely on the end of my Canon EF 28-90mm lens. Takes good(not great) photo's in most light conditions.
Like the title says, for 7 bucks shipped I'm not sure you can beat the protection. If you want high quality glass and perfect shooting in every condition get out your checkbook.
