I bought this really for the circular polarizer, since I already have a UV filter. The UV filter and the circular polarizer set seems to be of pretty good quality and a good value. Other circular polarizers cost at least 50% more.The downside is that the filters do not seem to be coated in anyway. Doesn't seem to be a big deal with the circular polarizer.

This filter is an excellent brand and is of high quality. Does exactly what it is suppose to do and it will last a long time. I use this set with my Olympus E-10 and thus far the results are awesome.... recently my boyfriend and I went for a trip into the mountains and both took a bunch of pictures of animals.... I used these filters and my pictures were perfect! He just used a UV filter with his camera and his came out over exposed on most of his shots due to the bright sun that day.... Digital camera Review: A regular UV filter at a Great Price.

This is the first time I purchased a product by Tiffen. I'm using this UV Protection filter mainly for the protection of my new lens, and I assume most people purchase a UV filter for the same reason. The main drive for me to choose this product is because of the reduced price and the 10-year warranty. Being a simple UV filter, there aren't any extra effects except the advertised "Helps eliminate bluish cast in images." My prints just came back, and I can't really see too much of a difference with my untrained eyes.
