The device arrived in a timely manner, and it did work appropriately at first. Setting my HOME location was easy, as was connecting to my pc. Then it was all downhill, with multiple problems developing like an avalanche. END result after the device stopped recognizing my pc and erased data ... returned for a refund and spent more money on a Garmin nuvi at a local, reliable retailer.Digital camera Review: Best GPS I've Had!!!

We love this Tom Tom! It is quick on rerouting when we make the wrong turn, and it tells yes way in advance when to make a turn, how far out it is, and it is easy to use. But the only problem is gettting it to install the first time. It took almost 15 tries in 7 hours, but I finally got it. It is light, slim, easy to mount, and never falls off the window.Digital camera Review: Better than expected

My Tom Tom is defective. It still says I'm in Ventura, CA even when I'm in Sacramento. It is not functioning properly and I need to return it. Can you please give me an authorization code for product return with the proper return address?

One feature that is unlike a Garmon I had used in the past is that if you wanted to change the route on your way back the machine will not RECALULATE ROUTE it simply keeps telling you to turn around. Very frustrating and totally useless in getting the information you want in such a case. We returned the item after one use.
