Digital camera Review: Don't expect perfection

I loved the size and ease HOWEVER- the sound quality is very poor and don't even think of viewing it at any angle save for dead on. Got my tv today, tv part works fine. DVD player did not. Called Toshiba and they told me this is an 08 model, which i didnt care about, to ship it back to them and they would fix it. Since i just bought it they are emailing me free shipping labels thru fed ex. They said it would be at least a week to get it fixed and back to me. I bought this TV for my kitchen to replace a really old CRT model. After looking at TV's in the store, I decided on this one because of the great price, good reviews, and the fact that it is energy efficient. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the picture; and although there is a slight delay when changing channels, this is not a problem for me. I watch a very limited amount of TV in the kitchen, and then generally choose between just a few channels.
Everyone that has seen this TV has commented on how great the picture is. Set-up was quick and easy, and going from my old CRT to this LCD makes me feel like I'm living in the 21st century! Although I really didn't need the DVD player, I did play a CD in it today and it sounded fine. I have recommended this TV to a couple of family members after having it just a few days. I love it!

I read the reviews on this television before I bought it so I knew in advance it was slow changing channels. So far that is the only draw back to this unit we chose for the kitchen. Channel surfing is not fun. All other aspects are average to above average. I have not tried the DVD player yet but that is not why I purchased it so it really doesn't matter how well it works. I'd do it again, especially for the sale price.
