Digital camera Review: Good value for the money

I have owned this unit for about four months and feel free to make a few comments.
Pro - The picture is excellent in DVD format. I only have standard cable (not HD) and the picture is excellent.
- Lots of inputs
- Nice stand
Cons - The sound is tinny ( thin metallic sound ) and really sucks. I have some computer speakers hooked up as others suggest.
- Really slow to change channels. Still can't get used to the delay
- The remote is not really user friendly. Bulky and confusing to operate.
I knew of these issues before purchasing, and overall I am satisfied with the unit.

Have been looking to upgrade a kitchen set and add the DVD player all in one shot. Reviewed and looked at a number of sets from all the usual suspects. This one got the selection due to price, features, name and quality (have 32" "tube" TV and DVD player that are Toshiba as well as past laptops). Ordered on a Wednesday received on Friday (Supersaver is superfast!). We have enjoyed it so much we end up watching more TV in the kitchen then ever. DVD player is great and the whole setup was so easy. Our basic cable included 15 HD channels that the tuner picked up immediately and we were watching our first at home HDTV shows and concerts (love HDNet) right away. This will push me into a larger set in the living room a lot faster than I thought as the difference in picture quality is so much better that all I want to watch is stuff that comes in HD. Oh well X-mas is right around the corner. Picture quality, as you might guess is great, ease of operation has been no problem for this babby boomer. Best buy I could bargain for. Santa brought this TV for my 2 1/2 little girl and it's great. No problem with volume like some others said. I have it in the living room which is open to the dining room, I only have it at only about 1/3 of the capacity and we can hear it very clearly. Crystal clear picture. Couldn't be happier.
