Digital camera reviews of Toshiba DVR610 1080p Upconverting Tunerless VHS DVD Recorder

Digital camera Review: Good product
Summary: 4 Stars

As my Goldstar VHS/DVD player would not read all the different DVD formats, I decided to get another one. This new player does its job OK.
Pros: Good design, understandable remote
Cons: limited connections in the back; as the remote control receptor is recessed, unit must face couch directly/cannot be at a sharp angle.

Digital camera Review: Good product.
Summary: 5 Stars

I have bought Toshiba in the past, and once again I am very satisfied with their product. I purchased a refurbished model, so it didn't come with a manual. Lucky for me they are available online, so it wasn't really an issue. I haven't had much of a chance to use the recording feature, but I tested the picture quality of the DVD and VHS, and both were very clear.

Digital camera Review: Great DVD Recorder/Player
Summary: 5 Stars

I am really enjoying this product. It plays all my DVD's. It plays divx/xvid, and it's really no hassle to record your VHS to DVD. It's is an excellent DVD recorder for the price. I haven't tried recording live TV, but I don't have a cable box either.

Digital camera Review: Great Product
Summary: 5 Stars

I am very happy with my Toshiba unit so far. I have not been able to find the time to play with all of it's features yet, but I am extremely happy with it's performance so far on the tasks I have tried. And as for the instruction manual... It's a novel I haven't finished yet either!!! LOL!

Digital camera Review: Great Product
Summary: 5 Stars

I am pleased with how this product operates. I purchased it with the sole purpose of copying my VHS tapes, but was amazed at the quality of the picture. I honestly cannot see any difference between this and Blue-Ray.
