Digital camera Review: Almost perfect
Summary: 4 Stars
I thought the 37" would work for me but it turned out to be too small so I traded up to a 40" Samsung. The Toshiba has superior viewng options. Much better color implementation. Very nice design also.
Pros: Great blacks that don't require constant adjustment to achieve.
Balanced colors across the spectrum.
Good easily readable remote
Cons: No headphone jack
No variable audio output
No mute function for TV when headphones are connected to audio out
Poor "voice" direction (hard to hear clear voices) with built in speakers
No swivel stand (a great Samsung addition)
Needs more jacks in the back
With all that said if you can live without the con's you'll get a better picture than my 40" Samsung.

I must say that I made an excellent decision with by purchasing this TV! I am very particular when it comes to my HD picture and this TV has exceeded my expectations. When going to Best Buy, I had my mind made that I would be purchasing the Sony Bravia KDL-32S3000 for $1099. So I get to the store to look at it and yes it did have a great picture BUT I hated the cabinet. IT looked old. All the new TV's have the black gloss and then this one just looked OLD! So I walk by looking at other TV's and I notice the Toshiba. In the store it looked ok; nothing special about it, but the price is what caught my attention. Not just that, but I currently have a 46" Toshiba projection in the living room which I love. So I snatch up the TV for $799 mind you and I get it home and set it up!
I AM AMAZED! The TV looks so much better in my bedroom than it did at Best Buy! In the store it just looked eh, which is probably why it goes unnoticed. And being that they promote nothing but Samsungs, I can see why this TV goes unnoticed.
The HD picture is absolutely stunning. The blacks are deep true blacks and the color is so vibrant and bright! It has the 3 hdmi, 2 component, Pc hook up, and toslink digital audio which Rivals the Sony (only having 2hdmi) and the Samsung's which have the same inputs. Picture wise, this set will more than meet your expectations. In my opinion it definitely outshines the Sony and the Samsung models, especially when it comes to the price! The picture is vibrant; motion is smooth (no blur during fast scenes) and no pixilation. I currently have a DVD up converter, Xbox 360, and Comcast cable box hooked up to this set in the bedroom. It definitely stands and delivers!
So to anyone out there that is comparing TV's and looking for great value....I highly recommend snatching this up! A great brand with EXCELLENT Picture/Features at an AWESOME price! Hope this was helpful for you!

Before I purchased my first flat screen LCD TV I did a LOT of research and compairsion. My decision came down to familarity of the Toshiba brand (my prior TV) and price. The quality of the picture is totally amazing - crisp, clear, sharp - it's everything you would expect. Now I'm going back and really enjoying old DVD's because the picture is SO much better than before. From box to picture took about 10 mintues - I opted for the stand mount (a nice feacture of the stand allows you to attach the stand to the surface to avoid tipping.) Instalation was simple and staightforward - but it does pay to go through the book throughly to understand the numerous features of the unit. Overall - I'm thrilled with the tv - and an added bonus of going back to Toshiba again - none of my other remotes (universal and cable) had to be reprogrammed!

I've had the TV for about a month now. The HD channels are amazing. The sound is awesome. I also purchased the Philips Upconvert dvd player and the quality is much improved from my old dinky 19 inch analog tv. I chose the Toshiba over the Samsung because it just seemed I was getter more bang for my buck based on all the reviews.
The TV was so awesome that my friend just purchased the 42 inch version and she loves it too!

I researched just about every 32" LCD I could find for about 2 weeks, and I was just about ready to buy a Samsung when I just happened to notice this TV. The first thing that drew me in was the price -- $780 was too hard to pass by. Then I noticed that I did not hear one bad thing about it, so I decided to go with it.
Let me just say that it was an amazing decision, as this TV has so much to offer for its price. Sure, it's not quite as sharp as some of the 1080i LCDs or plasmas for about $2,000, but you've got to be realistic about it. This TV costs literally less than half of that. Plus I just can't get over the fact that it not only has 3 HDMI inputs, it's also got a PC input which is awesome. I had been using S-Video to connect to my TV before... this is a drastic difference.
All in all it has a great picture, it looks awesome, and it's at an amazing price.
