I decided to go with the larger card so I would not have to worry about running out of space if I didn't get a chance to download them. I no longer carry extra cards as this is perfect. Worked 1st time in Canon SD950 IS Powershot camera. Great capacity (9,999+ pictures at snapshot resolution--over 1,400 at highest resolution--at 12.1 mega pixels). However, had to verify (800 # telephone call to Canon) that the camera supported high capacity SD memory cards, which was not readily apparent on the camera owner's manual. This was an unbelievable LOW price for the sd card, and it even has a plasic storage case and card works a o.k. too-all is new !

Great card for my digital camera. Can take lots of photos and home movies. Only problem I had was my 2 year old compaq laptop wouldn't read the card through it's internal card slot. But, easily solved by putting it through another card reader that was compatible. I'm not sure what that was all about but whatever works.
