I purchased the combination SDHC card and reader for a new camera that I just got. The card works flawlessly and quickly. The card reader works, too. My old multi-format card reader did not read this new SDHC card, so I am very glad that I bought the new reader.Digital camera Review: Convenient but poorly shaped

The card is fine. It's an SD card - what else can you say about an SD card except that they're great, small, convenient, etc?
The reader, however, is whacko. First of all, because the card is an HC card, you have to use this (or another HC) reader. Your year-old card reader won't do. That seems fine so far, but if you have a Macbook - and I hear a few people do - you'll find this reader is too wide to fit in either USB port if the other USB port is in use. This is a minor annoyance unless you are using an Apple external monitor (or any other monitor that requires one of your USB ports for complete funtionality) - which I am - and then you are forced to unhook your computer from your monitor in order to use this card. See what I mean? Idiocy.
If you don't get annoyed with needless inconvenience and crappy design, this is the card reader for you!
