Both parts of the case arrived in sealed plastic but the side of one part is cracked. So when I put it on my ipod touch, it doesn't snap close properly... only three out of the four interlocking snaps actually lock in place. If it weren't broken I'd be pretty satisfied. The construction of the case also makes it near impossible to remove it without further cracking the plastic so please bear in mind that this is a disposable item and it is not reusable.Digital camera Review: Case for I-touch
