I bought this charger over a year ago and it is still working just fine. I used it while my wife was hospitalized-just plugged into the hospital's ac outlet in the room and my Sansa was recharged in no time. It is much faster than using the PC USB port. Only drawback is that it doesn't indicate when the unit is fully charged, but this is a minor inconvenience. This is a 5 star buy. Fast, cheap shipping and good followup by the seller. It pretty much does what a charger is supposed to do: charge my mp3 player. Because it's not the USB charger, but rather a wall charger, you're able to still play music and use the player normally. Hold the power button until your Sansa goes to the "Charging" screen, and it'll charge faster than just leaving it in the menus.
The only thing I would criticize it is that it feels a little cheaply made, like if you were to drop it, you would be out of luck. I don't think I'll be dropping it any time soon, and for $7 including shipping, you get what you paid for :].
I would recommend it. It's a lot better than charging your MP3 player through the USB cable.

I was stuck w/only a USB charger for my new used phone. I wanted to be able to charge faster and more conveniently, so I ordered this. It works just the way it should.
The only thing I don't like is the intensely bright lights when it's plugged in! In our dark bedroom it's like neon lights outside a cheap motel!! It either shows blue or red depending on how far the battery is charged at any given point. When it's really low, the darned thing flashes between the two!
Other than that, it's more than worth the price I paid! (I just cover the lights with a sock or whatever else is handy! lol)
