Digital camera Review: Good idea, very poor quality and execution - mine was Junk

I bought the Tune Band and Shoe Pouch combo, because I needed the Tune band right away. I was wearing Nike+ shoes at the time, so I stored the pouch for future use. After several months, I retrieved the pouch for its first use, and a necessary piece of velcro fell off as soon as I opened the package. It was held on by a couple of sewn stiches, but the thread didn't have any knots tied, so it pulled right off. I paid for the product, but was unable to use it, because it's junk. By the time I discovered that, it was too late for a refund.

This product works great for me. Very simple and basic (i would not use it if it was raining though) and the shoe pouch is great. I defiantely like it better than my Belkin armband because it is not as hot. As soon as I received mine, I put it on my nano. I went a little to fast and it ripped. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me another to replace it. They also followed up to make sure I had received it. It is really hard to find such great and prompt customer service these days. The shoe pouch works well, but the other elements of this kit are lackluster at best. The armband is just elastic and not particularly comfortable. The silicon case is hard and not as snug as others that I've used. It works well for the armband, but it's not great for a general Nano case. Above all, do not use the included screen protector! It's awful. You have to cut it out to fit your model of Nano and the buttons become clumsy beyond belief with the full front covered. When I tried to remove the lower part of the cover, I was left with the worst sticker goop ever and I'm still trying to remove it without damaging my Nano.
If you just throw away the screen protector, you have an OK product. Still I have to believe that there is something better out there. Although I can't complain too much given the price, I would not buy this again if I had the choice.

AWESOME! Pouch is wonderful, wanted to wear my Asics and my husbands handmade pouch just didn't do the job. The included arm band is also wonderful! I have tried many and they have not been good at all. This one has sold me and is a great quality!!! Great customer service and will definitely shop again!Digital camera Review: Great!

This is my first armband purchase for my ipod and I won't use any other one. It is comfortable and easy to use while running. Excellent!
