I bought this armband from Grantwood last week. I have used it a few times and love it. It is totally sturdy, doesn't move around too much while jogging, there is no need to worry about it falling out of the case or off your arm. I use it with my first gen iphone and it fits perfect. I bought this for my husband to use during a workout. It is perfect. When attached to the bicept, most bands dont have the amount of flex required. This is perfect, and the soft silicone grips the iPod, no plastic front.Digital camera Review: Dusty Bottoms

This is a good product and includes a few extras. I was happy to see they sent plastic covers for the buttons and screen. My only complaint is that the I-Pod likes to slip out of the bottom of the case. This could have been prevented with a little better design, but for the price who cares.
