I needed a new armband that would hold up to my frequent, heavy workouts. Being female, I have med. sized arms but this band was uncomfortable, not secure and the velcro didn't hold well, especially once damp from cardio. The silicone did not wrap securely around the device as I would like and the slits in the back allowed for sweat to directly contact with my iTouch. There was no extra cord pocket either for my headphones. It did not rest securely on my arm and I would not recommend this armband if you want something secure and sweat-proof. This is an amazing armband. It has a lot of velcro so it won't move around a lot when I run, or do activity. It feels comfterble all throughout my run, and the armband can fit any arm size whether big or small. It also works with nike plus, another great bonus. I ordered an iPod silicone skin and arm band from Grantwood Technology (via Amazon, obviously). I realized after the item was shipped that I ordered the wrong one. I had accidentally ordered the 4th generation iPod cover when I have a 2nd generation iPod. I came across this error after reading the email sent to me from Grantwood after I had placed my order; they wanted to make sure I had ordered the right one (apparently this error is quite common).
I replied that I had ordered the wrong product (with visions of return shipping, paperwork and other horrors), but my item had already been shipped. The response from Grantwood was that they'd send me the correct iPod holder asap. No need to return the incorrect one, no extra cost. Prompt response, kind demeanor, and the correct iPod holder was at my house day following the first one. That, my friends, is what I call Service.
The product itself is quite simple and works great. Well made, exactly what it says it is, and slick looking, too. Can't beat a great product and great service. Highly recommended.
