Digital camera Review: Great product, fabulous customer service!

After reading quite a few reviews on different armbands on Amazon and the Apple Store, I decided to get this one; I'm very glad I did! My iPod slips into the silicone case very easily, and the band is comfortable to wear and made of quality materials. All the controls are accessible and I don't have to worry about my sweat getting into my iPod when I'm running.
When I was trying to decide which armband to buy, I couldn't tell from the photos how the skin was constructed on the top and bottom, so I was a little worried that the iPod might be able to fall out the bottom of the skin (since some skins for the Nano don't have a bottom surface). However, when I got the product in the mail, I was able to see that there is a bottom to the skin that prevents the iPod from falling out (and has an opening for access to the ports).
I also liked the way that the company e-mailed me to make sure I ordered the correct case to fit my 5th generation iPod Nano (since the 4th generation iPod has a shorter screen), and to confirm that it was the color I wanted. Very cool.

I bought the amrband for my wife for her new iPod Nano. However, we accidentally purchased the case for the 4th generatioj instead of the 5th. Before the product even arrived, Grantwood Tech proactively emailed us notifying us that we had possibly/probably ordered the wrong case. They then sent us a new case, free of charge.
Outstanding customer service!
My wife says the band and case work great and it is very comfortable as well as covers the case perfectly.

First I would like to say the company has great customer service. I recieved my product 3 days after I placed my order which was a pleasant surprise. The package was recieved and the directions are clearly understandable for the ipod caseing and the screen covers, I've had no problems with either. I ordered the black silicone case because my nano is black and I think it looks ultra sleek. The armband is very stretchy but seems to be able to adjust to a small size. I have not had the oppurtunity to run with it yet (really bad weather) but it seems promising. I ordered my armband just a few fays ago (like 3 days), and I received it today. Shipping was fast! I haven't received the Ipod I ordered yet but my brother has the same Ipod that fits with the armband. So I tried it on and it fits comfortably around my arm, its easy to put in the silicone case. It even came with the screen protectors and click wheel protecter. I think this product is a must buy for running with an Ipod.
