Ordered this to re-charge my sansa from the wall socket. And its working absolutely as it supposed to be. I cannot use the player while recharging it through USB from a computer, but with this, I can use the player while charging also. Dont know about the other cables which were supplied along with. Having 3 Sansa Clip mp3 players, our family needed a solution for charging the little guys when we aren't at home near our computer. This fits the bill. We can charge our mp3s now by plugging in the adaptor into the car cigarette lighter or any 110 volt outlet. Cool!
