Digital camera Review: Bad product and Bad customer service

I received Polygraph and it fall short of my expectations.
In your advertisements it shows 3 waveforms: green, red and blue.
I have only red and blue.
It should have 3 as there are 3 connections: pulse,galvanic skin response and breathing.
Out of this 2 only 1 shows changes when I move,contract muscles etc.
The other one showing same wave characteristics no matter I plug it or not.
I consider myself a "pro" as I had experience with real Polygraph.
This one I really dont know what buyers market it targets.
Maybe preschol kids?
I sended 2 e-mails to manufacturer and they never replied.
Returned product with certified mail and they still dont want
to give me refund.
