The product didnt work at all, when I contacted the company they refused a refund but offered a replacement. Why would I want a replacement if I dont like the product? Not only did it not work but I am very unimpressed with the customer service. I thought this looked like a good deal considering the price, and the majority of reviews on here say it works perfectly. However, as soon as I plugged it in it didn't work. I was kind of wary of this product because it is so inexpensive, but I like it way better than Apple's iPhone charger. Especially the way it rolls itself up (so you don't have a long cord all over the floor).
