Alright...this is perfect for my setup.
I have an XBOX 360 and a PS3...I want to take advantage of the HDMI and hook it up to my HDMI Monitor.
Well...my monitor only has one HDMI slot. for about a week or so I spent my time switching the cables from one system to another.
Now I have this awesome product. I simply plugged in both systems to this device, plugged in my monitor to this device...and VOILA! Everything works as advertised!
The "Auto Switching" feature is simply awesome.
I turn on my PS3...and the switcher connects my PS3 to the monitor...vis versa for the XBOX.
Pros:
No power adapter needed to power this baby...
Auto Switching works like a charm
Includes button to switch from one HDMI input to another.
Includes wireless IR receiver and remote to change inputs for lazy people (I don't even use since the auto does all the work for me.)
CONS:
I have yet to figure one out...everything is as smooth as butter here.

This thing is super cheap and works awesome, especially the priority switching. It automatically switches to my PS3 from Comcast when I turn on my PS3. Don't worry about the power plug in the side or that it doesn't come with a power plug, because it is not needed.
Also, don't forget you need another HDMI cable to hook it up to your TV. I bought it to use with my PS3 and HD cable box, each of which use their own separate HDMI cable. I plugged those into the switcher, then realized I needed another cable to connect the switcher to the TV. So I needed another HDMI cable, but Amazon was good for that too.

This is a HDMI switch box. I am using it to hook up a PS3 and a DISH reciever to the single HDMI port my TV has. I did have to get two short HDMI cables from [...] to hook the bos two both of the consoles.
Set up was extremely easy. make sure you put your PS3 on port #1. If you do that, whenever you turn off the PS3 it will default back to the TV. When setting up, there is a non labeled wire with a sensor on the end, that is for the very small flat three button remote. There is no need to hook up a power supply.
The box does have a blue LED on the front, but if you attach the box with sticky tape behind things you won't notice it.
The same type of switch at Best Buy was $99.

I have an older NEC plasma that only has DVI inputs or componenet inputs. I needed this switch to change between my Bluray and Directv box. I can only use one display input because I'm feeding 3 displays (bedroom, exercise room, bathroom) from these sources using a 1X4 HDMI splitter. This 3 Port switch works perfectly to select the source device, send it to the HDMI splitter then out to the 3 displays. The only problem I ran into was that the Directv box didn't supply enough voltage through the HDMI to activate the HDMI Switch, so since it doesn't come with an external power supply, I dug through my big box of no longer used electronic crap and found a wall wart from a Linksys router that supplied 4.5VDC and what I assumed would be plenty of current. It worked perfectly to my suprise. The directions nor the tag on the HDMI switch told polarity or current required so I took a chance with it and it worked. Now if the Bluray is on, it takes precidence, and if it is off, the Directv box is displayed. Now the only problem is getting the audio to switch on the old NEC. I'm hoping that an HDFury from [...] will do the trick there. I can feed it HDMI from the HDMI splitter, and it converts the video portion to YPbPr or RGB and the digital audio to analog. At least that's the plan. We'll have to wait until it comes in. But the 3 port HDMI switch is working great. I give it 5 big stars!Digital camera Review: Awesome product and great price

I found out this was a perfect fit as I had only 2 HDMI inputs in my TV and now I can connect all my 4 HDMI equipments, by using this device !!!
Works great and it doesn't need any power supply.
Awesome product and at a very low price.
