Very difficult to understand directions . Programing is hard to understand . The scanner works very well for the knowledge that I have of it . It seems to be of top quality performance wise and works well . Still have problems performing basic functions by following the directions . The scanner reminds me of the early computers that only computer geeks could understand . This would be a great product for the price if the programing were more people friendly like today's computers . Eventually I will master all of it's functions but it is like pulling teeth . If you have a friend that already has this scanner definetly buy it .
