Nice phone with a long charge time so far but it lacks a format feature so if there is a number in the caller id and it is a long distance number you have to delete the whole number just to add the number 1 at the begining e.g. 800-555-5555 showing, you can't back over the numbers to add the 1.Digital camera Review: Uniden cordless phone

I just bought the main phone and enough extentions phones for every room in our house but only the main one is hooked into a phone line the others just plug into electricity. I love this, I even have one in the bathroom now I don't have to carry a cordless phone in my pocket all day. Great phone and I can hear real good with this phone. This is the 3rd set of Uniden phones we have in our house. All are currently in use and all are excellent. I replaced an older ATT system with these handsets and base unit. There are some nice features and the quality is quite good for an inexpensive system. I particularly like the ability to clone phone book entries to all other handsets. My old system did not have this and every handset had different phone book entries.
You won't go wrong with this system.
