I have always liked Uniden phones & this one did not dissapoint me. I found it to be very good sound quailty & a generally solid feel to it. My meaning by saying that is it doesn't feel cheap & flimsy. The sound is nice & clear. it is nice there is no antenna to get broken off. Overall I like it & would definately recommend it & would not hesitate to buy another!!

Purchased this unit to replace cheap GE 5.8 GHz model that had short range and low sound quality. Handset and base works well. Using it with VOIP service. Sound quality is great on receiving end. Range is throughout two-story home without any loss in signal and sound quality. Works well with VOIP. Battery life is good. I have a DX200 Uniden phone system with 3 handsets and decided to add a fourth. This model phone accepts up to six handsets. I have been pleased with this product as the exiting 3 units have worked without issues for about 3 years. I recently replaced batteries on all of them. The phones work well otherwise with good sound clarity and range up to 30 meters or so from the base unit. Registering a new handset is as simple as charging it and placing it on the base unit's cradle till you hear a beep and see a "phone registered" message on the display of the new handset. I recommend this product line and would buy it again when it is time for a replacement.
