I have owned many external speakers over 20 years. I own three of these and use them every day. I have purchased more expensive speakers but none compare to the sound quality of the bearcat. Although it lacks an optional noise filter, sound comes in clear, sharp and crisp. FOR THE PRICE, UNDER $13 YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!!!
