Bought this phone March 2006 and in November the four way function key stopped working. First it was the up and down arrow and then the caller ID arrow didn't work. Called customer service and was told to send it in to be repaired because it seems to have a faulty circuit board. As I have just the one phone, I purchased another phone to use and did not bother to have it repaired. I really loved this phone while it worked and was very disappointed that it lasted such a short time.Digital camera Review: poor sound quality

I brought this phone as a gift for my mom and she is very pleased with it. It seems to be a very sturdy, quality product. She likes the display, the diferent ringtones and the fact that you can change the settings on the way you answer (to push the talk button or just answer by picking up the receiver) and the reception is very good. Her only "complaint" was that she thought the ringer volumn was not loud enough. I will have tocheck that out though.... it can probably be increased. I plan to get one for myself as well.
