Digital camera Review: A bit disappointed

I bought two of TV listners. One for my aged mother, one for me so my wife could have some peace. Neither worked very well if you are over 10ft from the TV and then there was static.
I have decided to return them. The customer service was excellent and handled my complaint professionally and with great ease. If all online customer service was this good I would be very pleased.
