Excellent if you're deaf like me. I was keeping the whole house up at night listening to the TV at full volume.
Now I can listen and actually hear better and catch all the action. The noise level in the room without the head set is bearly audible. Great product.

I purchased the TV listener a few months ago for a relative in a physical therapy rehab facility. The rooms are shared, and each has their own television. Depending on your roommates TV preferences and sleeping habits, trying to watch TV can be a nightmare for one or both! This was the perfect solution. No one is disturbed and your TV can be muted while the user can hear at whatever volume suits them over the headphones. The fact that the headphones are wireless ensures no tripping over wires. When I realized it can also be used with the TV sound on, eureka, I had now found the solution to watching TV with my parents, whose hearing is not what it used to be, causing me to suffer the consequences with ear shattering volume. I raced back to the website and bought two more. The only downside is the headphones are large and slightly clunky. Earbuds would make this the perfect product for use while lying in bed. this product is the most wonderful thing i have ever purchased. i experienced a hearing loss recently and have had difficulty hearing and understanding things said on the television. hearing aids are not effective because they amplify EVERYTHING picked up, which makes them useless (for me).
i am very pleased with this aid.

I found this product to be absolutely wonderful. I purchased one and liked it so much I purchased another to put on my other TV. When you have a hearing disability this TV Listening device is so helpful. It brings everything in so clearly and you're able to understand what's being said without the TV having to be so loud that it disturbs everyone else in the house.
