Extraordinarly good device, with wide-ranging functions and features to meet almost all demands. Touch screen is solid and reliable. Absolutly the best remote for quick setup and future customization. I had all of my devices (Mitsubishi big screen, dvd, vcr, yamaha receiver, motorola moxi box) working with the major buttons within an hour using preprogrammed codes. Later I started customzing buttons and commands. I have even created some macros. Best money I have ever spent on my home theater system. My wife and daughter even love it and use it. I actually planned to buy a different remote (Logitech 550) until I read the reviews. I am certain the Logitech is a fine remote, but the reviews on the URC300 directed me toward it - simplicity in programming, reliable, and durable. In addition, Amazon was selling this at a sick price - about a 1/3 of the local big box electronic stores! I am still learning the features of the remote, but everyone in my household (even my wife) has no problems with the operation. I am currently operating a 37" LCD HDTV, a Motorola DVR from my cable company, and a combination receiver/DVD. I was able to code in the the DVR but had to "teach" the remote the other devices. I probably spent an hour or so programming the device, but could probably do it in half the time now that I am familiar with it. Bottom line - the remote has been in service about a month and I have not done a thing programming-wise since the initial set-up.Digital camera Review: Universal Remote
