Digital camera Review: Really actually removes the stench of cat pee

I think cat pee is the most evil substance on this planet. I believe we could crop dust our enemies with it and avoid war completely- they'd have to submit! It's awful stuff, and if you have dealt with it in your world, you know what I mean.
Washing, sun, time, perfume, even that other stuff that everyone says works because it smells like citrus, don't come near Urine Gone.
Urine Gone doesn't smell quite as good, in fact it smells kind of weird- not bad, just weird- when you spray it on, but WHOA. Once it dries fully in a few days, the smell is GONE. Like, nose-to-carpet can't detect it, gone. Helps when you use it with the black light, to find ALL of the stuff.
Use it, you'll see.

I bought urine gone just cuase I am a skeptic. At the same time I also bought a 32 oz bottle of kids and pets. Once I got the batteries in the cheap black light. I couldn't see anything until it was night and all the lights were shut off. I saturated the spots with urine gone and they are still there!! I was extremely disappointed but I decided to use the kids and pets I saturated the area and used a little scrub brush scrubbed a few times and they stain was gone under the black light!! IT was amazing so save yourself some money go buy a decent black light and kids and pets it [...] and it actually works its available on amazon as well!!Digital camera Review: Save your money

Maybe I've missed something here, but after reading mainly good, some so-so reviews, I thought this stuff might be worth trying. We used it as needed for about two weeks, and then I decided I could use a $18 refund from the store where I purchased it more than the product.
The smell of this stuff is HIDEOUS. I'm used to enzyme-activated removers having a citrus scent, but this "cleaner" smells worse than the offending pet substance. There is no way I would spray a stain and then remain in the room.
The black light was worthless.....best for cheap thrills of your two-year old having purple teeth in the dark. I'm an intelligent person ~I'm entrusted with people's lives at work~ and I could not for the life of me see anything "light up" more than any other area. I tried it in dim light, and in complete darkness.
I'm giving it one star because I'm an optimist and it seems the dog has stopped marking his favorite spots, but I think I've been pretty clear in my opinion of this product. I'm going to try Nature's Miracle next, I guess.......

There are two cats in my household, one or both of them decided to pee on my suitcase when I returned from a trip and had not put everything away yet. I broke down and went to get Urine Gone. I have thrown away bathroom rugs and random other things that they decide to pee on, because there is usually no hope once male cat urine is on something. I splurged the $20 for this product, doused my suitcase with it, let it dry...still stunk of cat pee. I doused it a second time....let it dry...STILL DISGUSTING CAT PEE. This product did absolutely nothing. Glad I spent that $20. I suggest that you SAVE YOUR MONEY.
