I purchased the V-moda Duo in 2007. I have had them replaced in 2008 due to faulty wiring. I barely used the replacement set but now found that again faulty wiring. No response from customer service when i tried replacing the headset under warranty via email. Finally found their customer service number (323) 645 4418 by searching internet as V-moda does not even provide their tel number on their own website! Even when they send replacement, I think i will switch to another mfg.
