I purchased this transformer/stabilizer to power my home theater equipment overseas. When it arrived, the box was a bit confusing as it sounded like it would only stabilize 220 to 240 or 100 to 120. I sent an email to the company and they stated the converter would power both at the same time. Taking their word for it (kind of), I plugged the transformer into the wall and it showed steady power. I plugged a surge protector in and turned on the on switch.... No power to the 110 side but there was power to the 220 side. Because of this companies restrictive return policy, I am out $180 as it would cost me more to ship this very heavy paperweight back to them. They have next to nothing in the way of customer service and their product does not work as promised. If I learned anything, it is to never buy another product from them.
