I ordered three of these items, and must have misread the small print: a hefty "shipping and handling" charge was levied thrice, although the items arrived in one little package.
The retailer's response to my email was: "as per store policy all of our promotional items carry a handling fee per item, consequently adding to the costs on shipping." Thanks. I will not shop with them again.
