Digital camera Review: 3 mo old and already seeing issues

Ive had this tablet since the beginning of August this year. It has only been 3 months and I am already having issues with it. I would have never gotten this tablet, however, my new laptop didnt have the ancient plug-in my 1999 wacom tablet had. (I have never had any issues with the 99 wacom tablet, have used it for 9 yrs now)
Now I dunno if maybe I just have a faulty pen? Or just a bad product. I cant return it. I will only get a small portion of my money back. And it does not provide an option for me to exchange my product for the same one, or send it in for repair, or a phone number to talk to someone about what may be wrong with my brand new product. Dont get this tablet. Invest in a Wacom tablet like i should have done.
