Digital camera Review: MAC BUYERS BEWARE

I bought this under a different manufacturer, DigitalPix (aka DigitalPics), but the camera looks IDENTICAL, with just the name on the front being different. I installed the software, restarted my computer, and plugged it in. iPhoto launched, then froze. I had to force quit iPhoto. Reseating the cable launched iPhoto, but still nothing, but no freeze. The System Profiler recognized the camera correctly, I just can't get any photos downloaded, so this is WORTHLESS. The manual is set up for PC users only, and there is no tech support, no troubleshooting, no web site, so YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. Running 10.3.9 on a Dual 2.5 G5.
