I got this mouse to go along with my netbook. It is perfect! It was simple to install. It has that tiny little USB connection so it is hardly noticeable. The Verbatim Nano Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse sports a number of features that should make it a winner with the traveling computer user.
The USB receiver protrudes less than one-half inch when connected to a laptop and can be left in the computer when you are on the go without the worry of breaking off. It is easily stored in the bottom of the mouse and can be removed with a quick click.
The mouse shuts off when not in use and restarts with one click. The size of the mouse is great for most users, neither too large nor too small and the rubberized grip provides complete control. Performance is excellent from the 2.4 GHz mouse and what's more, it is offered in seven colors.
The package includes the mouse, receiver, 2 AAA batteries, software and a quick start guide. I received the mouse as a review item and find that retail prices start at less than $29.99 from many vendors.

This product works exactly as described-- you get a wireless mouse with a USB connector that you can leave in the port while you're lugging it around in a bag, Tardis, banana boat, or whatever. The USB connector really is small enough that you don't have to worry about it snapping off in an accident-- in fact, I'd be more worried about my actual netbaook than ever breaking this thing unless I smashed it with a hammer-- and who would do such a thing? I thought the mouse itself was kind of big, but when I look at it side by side with my other desktop wireless mouse, it's about the same. I think it could have been made smaller, taken a AAA battery rather than a AA, and been even more portable. I think however a lot of people prefer a regular size mouse even when on their laptop, and if you do you'll be quite pleased with this.Digital camera Review: Great for watching tv

It's small and light. Does exactly what it's supposed to. I liked the fact that the mouse pointer does not "jump" like some cordless mouses (including a Logitech mouse). It works very smoothly. Loved it.
