Digital camera Review: Disappointed twice!

The item pictured was not the item I received (it is not for the Verizon 8330 curve, but for the AT&T/T-Mobile 8310 curve). Upon receipt, I left a similar feedback and the seller contacted me in order to try and fix the error. They were unable to and said they would refund my money if I removed my negative feedback. I thanked them for trying to correct a problem and told them I would remove the feedback, which I immediately did. A week later I have not received any refund or further information from them. Very disappointed at the lack of the promised refund. Will not purchase from them again. Would advise any one else to wait for a refund before holding up your end!
