I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with this product. The word Appliance is well suited. Connect to you network and either copy your existing music collection to the Vortexbox or insert a CD and have it rip it to flac and optionally mp3. Couldn't be easier. Access the music from Linux,PC or Mac. Works seamlessly with Logitech Squeezebox. It runs quiet and cool, you would never know it is on save for the light on the box. Highly recommended!
