I really happy with the pen art 6D .and really make a different on the stroke painting lighther color than the regular pen . but to be honest the base is a garbage since the pen is too big and do not fit as it should be very frustrade it .it seen to me the base is not compatible. and is a sham for a very spence tool.Digital camera Review: brush angle control:)

I just bought this pen for Christmas for use with Photoshop CS3 and it was worth every penny I spent. The pen that came with my Intuos3 tablet was o.k. but frustrated me due to the fact it cannot detect changes in the angle of brushes like the calligraphy brush group. This brush works great!! I am getting so much more out of Photoshop when I am working on my digital illustrations. I can hardly wait to see what it can do in Illustrator. Anyone who complains about this pen just hasn't set the tilt sensitivity high enough in the wacom tablet properties section. I find this pen invaluable when it comes to getting closer to a more 'natural' feel working with the various art brushes in Photoshop.Digital camera Review: i love this pen

been using this pen for about 8 weeks now and it's been an outstanding edition to my digital arsenal. The only thing i dont like is the shape of the handle. It's thin and tall like the nib. If it were round it would feel better in the hand and let you manipulate line a bit easier. This is a minimal complaint tho. I use this pen much more often than the standard wacom pen.Digital camera Review: nice addition

I bought this pen to use when painting in Corel Painter X. As others have said not all of the brushes make use of the "rotational" feature that this pen provides but it's really nice to use it with the ones that do.
In addition to the rotational aspect, what I find really cool is that you can switch off between this and your other wacom pen and Painter remembers what paintbrush was last used with that pen so if you're switching between two brushes frequently, it's just a matter of putting down one pen and picking up another.
Kind of expensive and I waited awhile to indulge myself but I'm happy to have it.
Though I'm also a frequent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop user, I haven't tried it yet with those but my regular pen works fine there so I don't really care. Like I said, I bought this for Painter.
